IOF 360 class is open to anyone. This class offers strength and conditioning like CrossFit but without all the crazy overhead barbell movements. It also offers cardio like Orange Theory but, unlike OT, our workouts are actually different each day.

If you're a current CrossFitter, don't worry, you'll enjoy this too.

Due to our classes being capped, we have established a cancellation policy for our members and drop-ins. If a cancellation is made less than 8 hours prior to class, your drop-in class will be forfeited.

THIS IS FOR LOCAL RESIDENTS ONLY

If you're interested in seeing what we're all about and trying us out before making a commitment, this entitles you to one kick-ass class with Iron-Oak Fitness.

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can show you around and get you all squared away prior to the start of class.

Our IOF 360 class is like CrossFit in that it offers strength and conditioning but without any Olympic Lifting. It's also like Orange Theory Fitness in that you have a ton of cardio but, unlike OTF, our workouts are actually different each day.

We scale all movements and weights to meet the individual needs of where you are currently at.

We are a judgment-free zone with a small and welcoming community. No assholes here.

Weekly Drop-In (non-member rate)

This is for those dropping in from out of town and need a short-term spot to get their workouts in. This is not a membership and does not reflect our membership rates. Please contact Ross at 702-427-5993 if you have questions in regard to this or membership.

This allows you up to 5 classes to be used within 7 days of when you first pay.
